[Investigating] The University is currently experiencing some issues with access to StudentHome resulting in a Process failed message being displayed. We are working to resolve these problems as quickly as possible. We will provide regular updates, so please keep checking this site. As a workaround, using incognito/private window or another browser will allow access. Please accept our apologies for any concern or inconvenience caused by this issue.

[Identified] We have reverted a change related to OU library websites which should hopefully improve the situation. This issue is not however fully resolved and work will continue next week but we do now know the root cause of the issue after extensive investigation throughout today (Friday 21st). The workaround is to remain in place for any students still having issues: For now the work around remains the same, either to clear cookies or use private browsing mode, such as incognito mode.
