Description

Our Learning Systems will be upgraded for staff websites (on learn3.open.ac.uk) on Monday 15th August, between 07:00 and 09:00. Websites on learn3.open.ac.uk will be unavailable while the upgrade is being carried out and the AL dashboard will not display new notifications from learn3.open.ac.uk websites during this time. Websites should start to return from 08:30 but please regard the system as at risk until 09:00. TutorHome and the eTMA system will be available throughout.

Description

Our Learning Systems will be upgraded on Wednesday 17th August, between 05:00 and 09:00. Module and Study websites on learn2.open.ac.uk, and community websites on learn1.open.ac.uk won’t be available for some of that time and the Dashboard won’t be displaying new notifications. The Open Science Lab will also be down for part of the time. Module websites should start to return from 08:00. Anyone using Students in Secure Environments websites (learn7.open.ac.uk) during this time won’t be able to log in. If they are already logged in before the upgrade begins, they will be able to continue using the system as normal. StudentHome and the eTMA system (which can be accessed via http://www2.open.ac.uk/students/help/submitting-a-tma) will be available throughout.

Description

Intermittent downtime is planned from Saturday 20th August at 21:00 BST through to Sunday 21st August at 21:00 BST. During this period, there may be potential intermittent connectivity issues on your deployed API Proxy traffic, or in the operation of design time functionalities of the API Management, API portal, and Developer portal. During this period the following ERP Products may be impacted: • SuccessFactors • S/4 Hana • Finance • Ariba • Concur The following systems will still be available however there may be intermittent disruption to non-ERP services which are used by these systems during this window: • Identity (IAM) - Services affected are supporting Registrations and Password Reset functionality only. CDC is unaffected. • Apprenticeships • StudentHome • TutorHome • VLE - Services affected are related to staff facing functionality only. • Webchat • SpecialCircs • AskHR • CAMEL
