Description

Intermittent downtime is planned from 20:00 on Saturday 14th February to 00:00 on Sunday 15th February. Customers might experience short disruptions during the planned maintenance window. The following systems will still be available however there may be disruption to non-ERP services which are used by these systems during this window: • Identity (IAM) - Services affected are supporting Registrations, Password Reset and Unlock Account functionality only. CDC is unaffected. • VLE - Services affected are related to staff facing functionality only. • Apprenticeships • Webchat • SpecialCircs • AskPS • CAMEL • Kentico • SCS The following systems will be unavailable whenever SAP is unavailable during the change window. • StudentHome • TutorHome
