Description

Intermittent downtime is planned from Saturday 16th July 2022 at 23:00 BST through to Sunday 17th July 2022 at 01:00 BST. During this time users might experience several short disruptions during the planned maintenance window which might impact access to the Web UI and the running Integration scenarios. During this period the following ERP Products may be impacted: • SuccessFactors • S/4 Hana • Finance • Ariba • Concur. The following systems will still be available however there may be intermittent disruption to non-ERP services which are used by these systems during this window: • Identity (IAM) - Services affected are supporting Registrations and Password Reset functionality only. CDC is unaffected. • Apprenticeships • StudentHome • TutorHome • VLE - Services affected are related to staff facing functionality only. • Webchat • SpecialCircs • AskHR • CAMEL
