[Identified] We are currently experiencing some technical issues with CIRCE MI which are been investigated. We will share further updates soon and apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

[Identified] We are continuing to work on resolving this issue. Work is continuing this afternoon and along with scheduled work overnight, we anticipate CIRCE MI being available tomorrow morning (24th April). We will share further updates tomorrow morning.

[Monitoring] The overnight jobs have all now run successfully and we believe that CIRCE MI should now be working. There may be an issue for users that haven’t restarted their computers this morning following updates. If they experience any problems, we advise that they restart their machines and try again.
CSI1 Server UpliftPlanned Maintenance

Description

We are upgrading our CSI1 Servers on 24th April. Applications Affected: • Student Home • Tutor Home • P14 • Module Chooser • PortalPrep Job User Impact: We anticipate minimal to no downtime during this upgrade. In the event of any downtime, users will be prompted to refresh their screens.

Description

On Sunday 28th April, from 08:00 to 16:00, IT will be carrying out a Disaster Recovery test on the Payroll system to prove how we would respond if the SAP Payroll system or components went down due to an unexpected ‘disaster’. This will cause an outage, meaning that SAP Payroll will be unavailable from 08:00 to 16:00 on Sunday 28th April whilst IT carry out the work. Impact This work has been arranged outside of normal working hours to minimise disruption; however, the following services will be unavailable during this period. • SAP Payroll • Payslips and P60s
